Use of the Warranty Logger App

The Warranty Logger App is available for download on iOS and Android. The App allows users to log, track, and manage product warranties, upload receipts and invoices, set expiry reminders, and where applicable, submit and track warranty claims through Premium Partner stores on Shopify.

By downloading and using the App, you agree to the following:

Account and Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or registering products within the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

Warranty Logging
The App allows you to manually log warranty information including product name, brand, purchase date, warranty period, serial number, and supporting documents such as receipts or invoices. You are responsible for ensuring all information entered is accurate and complete.

Premium Partner Stores
If you purchase a product from a Warranty Logger Premium Partner store on Shopify, your warranty claim may be synced directly to the store through the App. You still need to register your product and enter your details manually in the App. Once registered, certain product details synced from Shopify cannot be edited, though you may still update your serial number, notes, and images at any time.

Reminders and Notifications
The App will send you reminders based on the purchase date and warranty period you enter. You may choose to receive reminders 7, 14, 30, or 60 days before your warranty expires. It is your responsibility to ensure the information entered is accurate for reminders to work correctly.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false or fraudulent warranty information, misuse the claims process, interfere with our systems, or use the App in any way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

App Availability
Calm Desk Co. does not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
