Yes. Warranty Logger allows you to record and track products from any store, online platform, or retailer for your own personal logging. The in-app warranty claim feature is only available for Premium Partner stores on Shopify.
A Premium Partner store is a retailer that runs on Shopify and has integrated with Warranty Logger . When you buy from one of these stores and log your warranty, your warranty will be synced with the backend without having to add or update it manually.
When you log a warranty for a product purchased from a Premium Partner store, the "Claim Warranty" button will appear automatically on that item's detail screen. You don't need to check beforehand — the app detects it for you.
No, it is not required. However, uploading a receipt is recommended so you can easily refer to it when needed for a claim.
Yes. You can upload a photo, screenshot, invoice, or file as proof of purchase. Supports JPG, PNG and PDF up to 5MB per file.
The expiry date is calculated from the purchase date and warranty duration you enter. For example, a 3-year warranty from 15 Dec 2023 expires on 15 Dec 2026.
Active means the warranty is still valid. Expiring means it is ending soon based on your reminder settings. Expired means the warranty period has ended.
Once you enter your purchase date and warranty period, Warranty Logger automatically calculates your expiry date and schedules reminders for you. You can choose to be notified 7, 14, 30, or 60 days before it expires, so you always have time to act.
If your store is a Premium Partner, the details are filled in automatically — just save and you're done.
Yes. You can delete any saved warranty item you no longer need to track. Simply open the item and use the delete option.
